Amanda Pilone, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Washington, DC Team
Amanda attended Virginia Tech where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise. She then earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from The University of Delaware and worked at Suburban Hospital and George Washington University Hospital in trauma, orthopedics and oncology units.
As her career continued she wanted to make longer-lasting connections with patients, prompting her to attend The George Washington University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. After nearly a decade in primary care as an NP in downtown DC she found herself interested in helping patients with their overall health and wellness to address chronic disease and began to pursue additional education in obesity medicine.
She brings a broad experience managing complex, chronic conditions and enjoys creating long lasting and supportive relationships with her patients. She is committed to meeting patients where they are and working collaboratively for individualized care at any stage of life.
Amanda grew up in Delaware and has been in the DC area since 2013. She currently resides in Vienna, VA with her husband and daughter and enjoys hiking, the beach and Orange Theory.
