⚕️ Meet Tiffany Garrison, PA-C
Tiffany is a board-certified physician assistant with more than 10 years of experience in vascular surgery and primary care. She holds a deep understanding of how lifestyle, movement, and mindset intertwine to support sustainable wellness.
✨ She places great value on creating meaningful connections with her patients, helping them build accountability and strategies that strike a balance between health goals and everyday life.
🏃♀️ Tiffany is a dedicated advocate for daily movement—whether that means training for a marathon, attending early-morning CrossFit classes, or simply walking on the beach hunting for shells.
👨👩👧👧 Outside of work, she cherishes time with her husband and their three daughters—exploring new restaurants, traveling, or cruising in the golf cart together.
🎓 Her academic path also supports her practical approach: she earned her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from UConn in 2008, worked with athletes at the College of Charleston, and went on to earn her PA degree from EVMS in 2013.
