Kristine Duba.jpg

Kristine’s journey in the field of health and fitness began in her early years, ignited by a passion cultivated through competitive gymnastics, track and field, and cross-country athletics. At the age of ten, she was introduced to weight training and participated in her mother’s group fitness classes, laying the foundation for a lifelong pursuit of wellness.

Kristine forged her path as a health and fitness professional by earning a B.S. in Sports and Health Sciences, M.S. in Sports Management, and certifications as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. For over fifteen years, Kristine honed her skills through practical application, specializing in the development of personalized exercise programs and lifestyle coaching for a wide range of clientele including military personnel, athletes, weight loss seekers, expectant mothers, seniors, adolescents, and special needs populations. Kristine has wide experience instructing group fitness classes such as strength training, cycling, TRX, YogaFit, Zumba, HIIT, Bootcamp, and core conditioning.

Upon completion of her bachelor’s degree, Kristine ventured into the exciting sport of competitive bodybuilding, including the Fitness and Figure Divisions of the National Physique Committee (NPC) and International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB). As a former gymnast and disciplined strength training enthusiast, she naturally excelled as an amateur bodybuilder and quickly earned professional status in 2014 under the IFBB. Kristine went on to compete at the highest level on the world stage, receiving invitations and placing in several prestigious international

competitions, including two (2) Ms. Fitness Olympia’s and nine (9) Arnold
Schwarzenegger Classic’s in the U.S., Canada, Australia, South Africa, Hong Kong, and Spain. During this time, Kristine also pursued her love of gymnastics as a youth coach and led her own competitive amateur women’s bodybuilding team, winning numerous titles in multiple NPC Divisions.

Kristine is the mother of two children and a military spouse to an active-duty Naval Officer. Together, they’ve traveled the world with many career relocations across the United States and Europe. As natives of Florida, Kristine and her family have a love for the sun, sand, and sea, spending many summers on the most beautiful beaches in the world.
